I am on L1A working (in Miami), my Company might apply GC for me. My questions are :-
1. I am on working at managerial position, whether I could join some other company in non-managerial position. Can I join other company as an Technical Lead or Technical Consultant?
Is there any time boundation after which I can switch to technical position in other company?
2. Is there any time period that I should wait or should I join other company immediately once I get GC.
3. This is a time taking process I-140, I-485 etc, my wife is also working right now. At which phase can she be able to start work.
