Hi,
I want to seek very important information before accepting an offer in ABC company in the US. I am currently employed with ABC company in India since last 3 years and now will be moving to same company in USA on L1B (specialized skill set category). This is a multinational company and one of the global leader in service industry.
My only worry is that the job I am being offered in USA in ABC company will be good to do for 2 years. So after 2 years in USA, I will have to switch to different role for career development, however in the same ABC company. In this case, will it be possible to switch jobs within same company while on L1B?
Please update me so that I can rethink before leaving the current job in India.
