L2 visa filing - step by step process

Hi,

I am planning to apply for L2 visa for my wife and baby on my own (company is not going to help in this).

i wanted to seek guidance from someone who has done it on their own, any step by step process to schedule an appointment

Here is what I have in my mind, please confirm if something is a miss
1. Fill DS160 form https://ceac.state.gov/genniv
2. Pay and schedule appointment http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/
3. Attend the interview at scheduled time
