L1A from Syndey, Australia

I am looking for your help, I am trying to get my L1A from Syndey, Australia.

Anyone has any experience of doing it from here?

Plus if someone can advise me on this; I have my H1B also valid till Jan-2015. Will it create any problem during processing?
