feeling wiered after seeing USCIS case status - anyone has same situvation

I'm currently on H1B working in US, i'll be maxi out 6 years by end of December 2014, so employer applied for L1-A (form I-129) under premium process to extend my stay another year. Employer received RFE , since employer cannot respond to it, employer requested and sent withdrawn letter to USCIS. But surprisingly today i see a decision from USCIS and it is 'Approved'.

How it is possible? any idea? Is it error in case status?
