I-129S Name Different than in Visa
Hi,
I had applied for L1B Blanket Visa a month back and it was approved and I also got I-129S copies stamped. I am travelling to US next week and while doing a last minute check I noticed that the my name has been spelled incorrectly on I129s (order of name is reversed and I am feeling really bad for not noticing it before). My attorney is saying that it should be fine as long as I carry my birth certificate with me while travelling to US. Does anyone have any idea about it? My company also does E-Verify for new employees, so will it be an issue there?
Will greatly appreciate any advice on this.
