Appreciate your feedback on my below questions.
I was in L1B visa and the extension made at US got denied and now I'm in my home country.
My visa got denied on June 2014 but I returned back to home country on April as my 240 days got expired.
1. Can I re apply for L1A/B visa now or is there is a waiting period?
2. If I go with a L1B , how long will I get the visa for? (I've stayed in US for 3.5 years) will they consider it as a new one?
3. If I go with a L1B can I apply for GC (EB2/EB3)?
