    When H1B Visa is in Admin processing Is it fine to start L1A?

    I am working with Company ABC.

    Applied H1B from Company XYZ and attended Visa interview. And, My H1B Visa application is in Admin processing from 3+ months. How long will this take to get the response?

    Any issues if Company ABC starts L1A visa?
