Move to H1 B by Using Approved petition

Hi

I am working on company A in L1 B visa, I applied for H1 B visa through company B

and got approved and it is valid from oct 1,2014. Since I want to continue to work

on L1 B visa, I travelled to out of the country and re-enter USA on 2-oct-2014. my

visa and I94 is valid until 01-May-2014.

1.Now I want to move to company B (Where I got H1B petition approved).what is the

procedure to move to H1 B now?

2.Visa Stamping is requried to move company B?

3.if Visa Stamping is required, I need to go to my Home country or go to any one

of the country like Canada/mexico/jamaica to get visa stamping?

Please help me
