My company (Oil & Gas Sector) is planning to file my petition for L1 Visa (category not known at this stage). I have read varied experiences of people and many other news articles about difficulties in getting such visa and even more so for the people from the IT Sector. I would like to hear about L1 visa experiences of people from Non_IT sector ?
