    L1b to L1A conversion

    Hello friends,

    Need some inputs about petition approval for L1B to L1A visa conversion.

    Does any one know if USCIS is approving the petitions and what is the current rejection rate?

    I'm currently working in US and my employer is filing a petition to convert L1B to L1A.

      Such a data is not available in public domain. If you have strong documents you will get it.
