L1A eligibility

Hi

I worked with my Company in India from Aug 2004 - July 2012. I would like to know if my eligibility for L1A ends on July 2014 or July 2015. Since I have to work one continuous year abroad. I would really appreciate a response.

It ended in July 2014. Calculate backwards. 1 Continuous year in last 3 Years , that is July 2011 till Jul 2014. For July 2015 you should have worked for 1 Year between July 2012 till July 2015 which you did not.
