L1B extension

Hello All,

My visa is about to expire and I have I-94 validity till 2015 July. Planning to apply for L1B renewal, do I need to leave US in 15 days in case they reject the extension petition even though I have valid I-94 till 2015 July ?

Not necessarily unless it is explicitly mentioned in the denial notice. Also , you should not apply more than 6 Months before I-94 expiry, the earliest you can apply is probably Jan 2015.
