    L1 visa interview - husband on H1-B

    hello,
    i am scheduled for an L1-B visa interview at the US embassy in mumbai in December. I was unmarried when i applied for the visa interview but i am married now. My husband is in the US on H1-B. will it affect my acquiring L1-B visa?

    what are the issues if husband is on H1-B working in a different state in the US?
