L1-B or L1 Inidvidual has a better chance of approval.

Which of the L1 visa's ,L1 B or L1 Individual has a better chance of approval as per the present trends? I want to know this as my employer is planning to file an L1 visa for me. I have 7+ years of experience in Microsoft .Net technologies and my current role is of a project lead. I am not sure if they consider .Net under a rare or specialized skill? Please help me on how better I could put forth by case ? Please forgive me if Iam asking for too much through this forum.

L1 Visa

L1 individual has better chances of approval. It takes more time that blanket petitions but they are more safe to apply.
