need some advise on stamping process
Hi everyone
I am currently on an L1 status residing here in the US, well what my main concern is that is there any possibility for one to go and get a visa stanped in the passport from either Canada or Mexico?? or does one have to go all the way to India to do so, i also have a small problem, i filed my I-485 and it was denied, my lawyer told me that we can refile at a later stage when the company is in good standing, would that denial notice affect my stamping in any manner, and like even if i go to India to get the visa stamped what are the chances of an approval or a refusal
