My L1A individual petition was approved on May 2012 valid till May 2015
I didn't do stamping as i traveled to UK before approval came, i am still in UK. And my employer mentioned that i cannot do stamping from UK as they applied for petition when from India.
Is it true?
My next question is, will this not stamping for approved petition have negative effect which i apply next time?
