L1A Expiring Apr'15 & Visiting India in Feb'15

My current L1A approval and visa is expiring in 2nd week of April'15. I am going to India in Jan'15 and will be coming back to US in first week of Feb'15. So when I come back to US in first week of Feb'15, I will have a valid visa for about 2 months. So will there be any issues at Port of Entry do to shot validity of visa when I reenter US in first week Feb'15 with a valid visa till 2nd week of April'15?

I don't think so.. (Based on what I've heard)..
Depending on the port of entry, you might even get 3 years of i94..

With I-94 going electronic chances are rare to get I-94 beyond visa expiry/passport expiry. But never know, you may get lucky. You might want to keep a back up plan ready just in case you dont.
