Hi,
I've been working for an LLC company in CA, USA. It's going to be 3 years on february 2014 and I'd like your opinion on where I can apply for L1-B.
My particular case is that I'm an independent contractor hired by an US company. There is no "vendor" between the company and me. I also own a share percentage of the US based company and I have the signed contracts indicating both, the ownership of the company and I've been working for it for the past years. I also have the shares ownership document.
Ive read on a site that a qualifying relationship may be the next:
A US organization which employs e.g. sales personnel overseas can sponsor such employees for L1's even if there is no non-US office.
Given my background, evidence and ownership of the US based company. Do you think I'm qualified to request the L1-B (as an engineer) ?
Thanks in advance.
