Advice Needed-140 approved in EB1

I am with one of Indian IT and currently on L1A visa. My company agreed to process my GC but they only processed 140. I got my I-140 approved but company is not keen to process 485.
Need your advice whether there is any solutions to current situations.

Maybe because they fear that you will leave them as soon as you get the GC. You have to depend upon them and negotiate to get it filed.
