  • continue working in US as L2 dependant post max out

I am under L1-A visa working since 2008 October in US (6 Years). I am getting
maxed out by Nov 2015. My perm filing is pending as I have lost some of my marksheets.

My spouse is also working in US under L1-A visa for a different organization.
My question here is that, can I continue my stay post my max out date as L2 dependant and
work after obtaining EAD through my wife's L1-A visa?

Yes. The challenge is that it can take 2-4 Months getting L2+EAD and there is no premium processing.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
