  • L1 Blanket - Visa Expired and Staying on I94 for past 1.5 years and I94 extension

My L1 Blanket Visa expired on July 2013. When I entered USA in 2012 I got my I-94 until June 2015. So I am currently staying on I94. Can I apply for extension of Visa somewhere around May-June 2015? I am concerned as I already stayed on I94.
    1) Wanted to know if there is any petition end date for Blanket Visa?
    2) What is my max out date?
    3) Can I apply for Visa extension on June 2015?

    Here are my details
    L1 Blanket Visa Approval Date - 23rd July 2010
    L1 Blanket Visa Expiration Date - 23rd July 2013

    My Stay in Usa
    (Oct 2010 - May 2011)
    (Nov 2011 - Apr 2012)
    (July 2012 - Till Date) - I94 until June 2015 when entered

    1. No Blanket petitions generally do not have and end date.
    2. I believe you have another 1.5 Years. So maybe till June 2016. For exact dates you need to calculate the exact number of days been in US. L1B is for maximum 5 Years so 5 Years minus time spent in US.
    3. Yes you can possibly do so.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
