Working full time on L1 for 1 year then work part time and do full time masters

Hello everyone,

I am doing an internship here with an J1 visa. Next year I will graduate with a bachelor. Afterwards I plan to try to apply for an L1 visa sponsored by the company I am working for since 3 years (these 3 years I also did my bachelors). Is it possible to work full time for 1 year with an L1 visa and to do my masters without changing my status? The company is likely to agree to let me do my studies full time and to work only part time.

That means:

10/01/2015 - Start working full time with an L1 visa. At the same time apply for college to do my masters.
10/01/2016 - Work part time for the company and do full time studying.

If my company agrees then this should work without problems right?
