Hi Guys,

My company is planning to apply for L1B specialized knowledge for me. My designation is Project manager, I have close to 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ yrs in the same company having specialized knowledge with specific company owned Test automation framework and tools for Mobile app testing. What is the success rate for L1B visa approval? I have been on the same VISA earlier spent 2.5 yrs for the same company and same client and same Project.

Any takers? I have a small team as well to manage. Will this be an issue during consulate interview. Can L1B visa holder have a team?

A manager can certainly be having specialized knowledge so dont see any issue with that. As for success rates there are no official data available.
