L1 B Individual && Need your suggestion

Dear Friends,

Thanks for your time for spending some time.

My L1 B visa has been denied for two times (2010 and 2011 ) under (221)g and VO suggested l1 b individual or H1 .This time i went thru my L1 B Individual premium processing by god grace my petition got approved

I have been to US four times on B1 .. This year especially gone two times ( 18-may-2014 for 85 days and 29-Sep-2014 for 41 days ) .Now i am bit worried that my Previous L1B rejection will have effect on L1 B individual at consulate interview this time. ? Not sure what will happen.


Does Too many B1 Travel effect L1 B Individual visa ? and i Never stayed more than I94 date when ever i visit on B1 .

Please suggest me if there is anything i need to know and prepare ? and wat is the probability of getting visa ? and any specific questions will be asked.

Your previous L1B rejection should not typically affect the decision of the current L1 interview. As for long term B1 travel it depend show the officer looks at them, I hope you were not working on those trips.

What answer we would give if VO officer ask us the reason staying more than 60 days on B1 at client place ? does your training takes more than 3 weeks ?

Though I doubt he/she will ask those questions but if asked only you can answer those questions as you know what you were doing for those days on B1.
