Query on L1A Individual

Hi.. My L1A Individual visa was approved an year ago and the petition is valid till Sep 2016. Due to some reasons I was not able to appear for P.A and stamping. Now I am looking forward to get it stamped. Is there any time limit to appear for PA from the petition approved date? My company Visa team is not aware about this process.. Pls guide.

Also advise how i can download the soft copy of my approved petition.. I have only the receipt number as a reference.

You can attend as long as petition is valid. As for approval notice your company legal team should have got it, you cannot download it from a link.
