L1A- L2 Executive to GC Please help with steps for me and my spouse

I have my L1-A and my wife has L2 with EAD. My company is going to start processing my GC. Can someone give me a list of the documents that will be required for me and my spouse to get our GC. I understand the company files an I-140 and I guess Im going to be an E1?? How does the process work for my spouse. Can someone give me the list of all the documents we will have to fill out throughout the entire process. I feel like I am missing something? Thanks!

How does it work for my wife though? that makes sense for me I do an I140 and adjustment of status. Does she doe an I130 and an adjustment of status
