Can someone with L1B start an LLC?

Hi, all

I did notice other threads on forum, from 2011 / 2009, H1B, that have the answer "yes, a H1B CAN start a business".

Mine is for L1B, an LLC (not corporation, not LLP), understanding that I continue to work acording with L1B and will not be employee of the LLC.
I notice that act/documents ask at registration are not related to visa.
So, is it possible (as in permission) be become a small entreprenuer having an L1B visa in the same time?
