L1A petition approved. Timeline for receiving physical copy of it.

Hi All,

Have been following the posts on this site since long time. Thankful to you all to get useful information.

My L1A petition has been processed and I see "Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed", when I checked the status on USCIS website. I would like to know how much time will it take for my attorneys to receive the physical copy and what are the next steps USCIS will follow once they approve the L1A petition.

I would like to take PA date as soon as I can and in this regard I request somebody would respond to this query.

Normally takes 2-4 week , but With the holiday season around may be delayed.

Thanks Raghvi... Mine was processed under Premium processing mode and I would like to know whether it takes that many days ?? I guess it will be posted by priority mail service.. Will it be sent to Attorneys or Employer ??

Hello All

My L1A petition got approved on Dec 23rd. From what I hear from other sources, it will take 4 weeks to get the physical copy. Is there a way to track on where or whether the physical copy has been dispatched??

Hi Rajesh,

I checked with some of my colleagues and they told me that it will take 7-10 days to receive the hard copy of the petition. I am also expecting it during this week.

I read in USCIS website that we can call and get the tracking information. Do you know if its a wise thing to do??

Hi Rajesh,

I don't know whether it is fine to call them as they may ask many queries like address etc.. Atleast from myside, I donno who filed the petition for me and which address they gave.. Planning to check thro' my office people only.. Please let me know updates from your side...

My petition was filled on 30th Dec and i received my documents in 7 days.Next week is my PA interview.
