    L1 Valid, Petition expiring - do I still have to travel

    Hi,

    I am on L1A to the USA. I got my L1A renewed last year and now the new expiry date on the visa is somewhere in 2018.

    My I-129S (petition) is expiring on Feb 23rd 2015. My I-94 is expiring on Feb 23rd 2015.

    Do I still need to travel out of USA to get my visa/ petition renewed?
