Hi All/raghvi,
Please advice me how much a US/Indian MNC is ready to file a H1B petition(non-cap exempt) for a person who is in US on L1B (but has a unused stamped H1B visa)
when compared to, if some one is on H1B and working in US ( I think most of good MNC employers are ready for H1B trasfer in this case)
Note : four months back I got H1B visa stamped (for a future employer non-Indian MNC) , but right now planning to go to USA on L1B(for current employer) after interview at Chennai (as salary is much more and wife can work easily, as well as I am not losing Indian employment with current employer)
