Hi
I am from India and am currently on L1B
My Visa applied for on Aug 2012 and was valid for 3 Years (till Aug 2015)
I came to US on Jan 2013 on this Visa and my I-94 was stamped till Jan 2016
My L1 expires on Aug 2015 (this is 3 Year completion).
My company is applying for my H1 this year and is also starting ,my GC in Mar 2015 via EB2.
a) Now I would like to know what options are for me to stay beyond L1 expiration?
Meaning if H1 does not come through.
I beleive Green Card wont be in I-140 phase by the time by L1 expires right?
b) Also is L1 extenstion something worth trying now?
Heard that all L1s are denied out right now a days.
c) On top of this, I Was planning to take a vacation to India in Jun 2015.
Is this possible now with so much complexities existing?
Any clarification on these questions would be greatly appreciated.
