Hello all. I am currently on an L1B Visa which expires next month. My company has just provided the approval to process the visa extension. I am very well aware of the extremely high rejection rate associated with L1B Visa extensions with the reasons being skills are not "specialized" enough and what not. Almost everyone I have spoken to have got their extensions denied. With such incredibly low expectations, is there anything that I could to increase my chances of getting the extension approved at least by a miniscule percent? Is it the way the documents are prepared? Is there anyone out here who have had their extensions approved? If so, what did you do differently that made you achieve almost the impossible? Please help out people. Really looking for some guidance here.
