i am in USA under b1/b2 visa. i want to change my status from b1/b2 to L1. what is the procedure to apply L1?
I have business proposal in motel industry under lease contract. so L1 VISA is best for me?
and i am a canadian resident. so any benefit for me? ( under NAFTA). PLEASE reply me. any suggestions?
