Hi ,
Recently, My L1b Blanket visa got rejected. The officer gave me pink slip saying

"Your Blanket L1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I)(ii)(D) and INA 101(a) (15)(L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition."

Can I go for an individual petition immediately or do I need to wait for any specific period of time till there is a change in my roles and responsibilities?

Please clarify.

There is no wait period requirement, you can go for L1 Individual any time.
