L1A approved

my attorney just informed me that my L1A petition was approved on the 6th Jan and they sent the approval notice to the attorney

now what is the next step? can anyone advise?

i need to receive the original approval notice and apply at local consulate for an interview? I want to be able to apply the earliest as would like to join from 1st Feb

What documents do I need to take with me?

Is the interview just a formality or they grill us with questions

Also, I have another question....

If I travel back and forth to india during my L1 is that an issue?
