L2 EAD renewal after expiry

Hello Friends, I have a question regarding filing for EAD.

I had EAD till Nov 2014 based on my husband's L1 validity which was also till Nov 2014. My husband filed his extension by Oct 2014 and got the approval in Dec 2014. As I cannot work after Nov 2014, I returned back to India in Nov itself. As my husband's L1 got extended, we again applied for my L2 and I came back to US, last week of Jan 2015.

Question: As I will be filing my EAD again, would this be referred as renewal or fresh EAD, as the expiration of my previous EAD was till NOV 2014 and I am applying again on the same category in Jan 2015 (2 months gap).
The answer for this will help me in selecting the option in I-765 form, if it will be:
- Permission to accept employment
- Renewal of my permission to accept employment

Definition for Renewal EAD is : An EAD issued to an eligible applicant upon the expiration of a previous EAD issued under the same category.
Based on definition I am thinking my case would be Renewal EAD, but please help me to confirm this.
