Hi guys,

I'm on L1 visa through my company's blanket petition.
Below are my and wife's visa details:

L1 Expiry Date: 03/2014
L1 I-94 Expiry Date: 05/2016 ( this extended i94 was given at port of entry)

L2 Expiry Date: 03/2014
L2 I-94 Expiry Date: 05/2016

My wife has to travel to India whereas primary applicant (me) will be in US. I've the following questions:

1. If my wife travels to India and wants to returns back to US, She definitely need re-stamping of L2 Visa. Can she file based on my i94 ?

2. Will she get the visa exp date as per my I94 exp date?

3. Is this a easy process or are there any chances of rejection assosiated? Any person sailing in same boat? Please share your Experience /Processing / Chances of approval deniel?

1. Yes she can.
2. Yes most probably.
3. As with any visa interview chances of rejection are always there.

Want to add one more point that I am on a blanket Petition where as my I129 has same expiration date as my visa (Mar2014)
