I will be working with the same visa sponsor does my Wife get to Stay in US?

I am on L1 Visa and my wife has L2 EAD and both of us are currently employed in US. My L1 Visa is valid till January 2017 so does my wife visa and EAD as well. Now the question is, my project has ended and I am leaving to my country in a month or so However, I will be working with the same visa sponsor in this case does my Wife get to Stay in US until Visa expires?

As soon as you leave US , with no time frame to come back, you would lose L1 status so technically your spouse also would lose the L2 status hence should leave with you.
