Hello,
I am explaining my case
Visa type : L1B
Visa expire : 15 Feb 2015
I-94 : 15 Feb 2015
Company has filed VISA extension on Nov 2014 and i received RFE on Dec 2014.
All the requested documents are submitted for RFE response on Jan 2015 under premium process to get the result soon.
But unfortunately L1B visa extension petition decision is DENIED.
Question :
1. Please let me know what are my next options ?
2. Any possibilities for me to stay beyond 15 FEB 2015 ??
3. Company plans to file H1 in april, any options for me to stay till i get the H1 pick results ??
4. If i travel back to India can i apply for L1 again and what are the chances of getting accepted ??
Please do answer these question i would really appreciate you feedback at this point of time
I have only 15 days left to find out the options and plan according to that.
