Hello,
My question is kind of unconventional, I hope anybody can help.
I work in the States with an L1 visa.
Other than that, I am an amateur musician, yet, I've been offered to play in some pro bands, which get payed for their concerts.
I would like to make some music for fun: I would not consider it as a second job, yet I'd expect to have, at least, gas, food and drinks reimbursed, and if there's some, why not, tips from the jar.
Is it something my visa allows to do? Or does playing with professionals imply being a professional?
Thank you for your help.
