What will be the of L2 if L1 applied for extension

Hi ,

I need a urgent advice on my visa status .

1. I am in L2 and my I-94 is valid till October 2016 but visa expired March 2014 . I am working on EAD .

2. My Spouse's Visa (L1) expired in March 2014 and I-94 Expired January 2015 , but L1B is in Extension Status and we are awaiting the result.

My question is

1. Can I (L2) stay with her till her visa decision come or My status is not valid .

2. If she goes back due to my native country for some urgent work can I stay back and work till the decision come .

3. If yes how long and If no what I need to do .
