I have stayed in US on L1B for 5 years between 2007 and 2013.
I applied for L1A in mid July 2014 and it was denied stating that this visa is more suitable for my supervisors and I should consider other visa type like H1, L1B etc. My designation then was associate manager.
My employer decided to refile L1A B and my interview is on Feb 11th. My designation now is Manager and my project and role is different than what was documented in July 2014.
The blanket petetion number remains the same.
What are my chances of approval.
