Travel to US with expiry of L1 in short duration

I am currently in US and my L1A visa and petition expire on May 08 2015; meanwhile I need to travel to India for a couple of weeks and would be back by Feb 23rd. Could the short duration left on L1A be a problem at the POE.

we travelled this month and our visa and petition expires on April 2015. We did not have any issues and passport stamped until the I-94 exp. date. Bring the necessary papers e.g. I-797
