I am currently working with Company A on L1B Visa. My L1 is valid till June 2016. Company A filed for soft/loose h1b petition which got approved starting from Oct 1, 2014. I could not travel to India to get H1b Stamped so I am still continuing on L1B visa.
I wanted to know if I would be able to join a new employer B with my current approved H1B petition ? If yes then do I need to go to India before I join the new company B.
