URGENT - is L1b visa extention prone to rejections?

I am in US for past 3 years on l1b blanket visa.
I am visiting india soon, and wanted to know the risk of having this extension getting rejecting .
Does L1B blanket visa extension stands more chances of rejection?

Yes.
Extension requests may be rejected as well.But if case is good you will go though.
Recently my friend's H1B Visa extension was rejected in Kolkata Embassy.

If possible, get it renewed from Mexico. I have never heard of any renewal rejections from Mexico.
