Hi, I was hoping to find out if I can apply for L1B visa with my overseas employer, but the overseas employment had ceased more than three years ago. I am currently on H1B since October 2014. I have however been in this country on L2 and H4 visa since December 2011. Is it still possible to be eligible for L1 visa. I was employed with my overseas employer up till Nov 2011.
