We have a L1 petition till april 2008 (it is mentioned in on the visa as PED - petition expiry date)....but our visa's expire april 2006.....we are going to india on vacation in May 2006 and plan to stamp the visas while there.
Could some one tell me, what documents I need to take ? what is the stamping fee ? and do i have to leave the US before the expiry (28th April 2006) or i can leave mid May or May end?
