L1B visa for less experienced!!!

Hello,

I am working with a company for the past 20 months now. My total exp is 20 months(in the same company) out of which I worked for first 12 months as a Engineer Trainee.

Can I apply for a L1 B visa?
I understand that I am fulfilling the conditions of L1B visa i.e working in the company for atleast one year..

Please guide.

It can be a point of consideration by the VO while deciding the outcome since the VO can always cross question that if a fresher can be trained in 20 Months how difficult/easy would it be to train an experienced person in lesser time. But if you truly have specialized skills, then you should be able to convince the VO.

I understand that convincing the VO would not be easy....but is there a problem legally?
