Hi Friends,
I am on L1 B Visa.I am planning to apply H1 Visa this years with same company.
Currently i am in a dilemma to apply for H1 or not as my wife cannot work if i move to H1. I did not still applied for Green Card.
Now, If i apply for H1 and if it get apporved. Will my L1 Status will be changed to H1? Does this mean my wife will be converted to L1?
